No. Under Block Exemption rules you can have your Volkswagen serviced and repaired anywhere, provided the work is carried out to manufacturer standards using parts of matching quality. We service to the correct VW schedule and record everything properly, so your history and warranty stay intact.

It depends which schedule your car is on. Vehicles on Flexible servicing will show a service light when they are ready, typically around 18,600 miles. Cars on Fixed servicing are due roughly every 10,000 miles or twelve months, whichever comes first. Give us the registration and we will confirm which yours uses.

Yes. We use genuine or equivalent original-specification parts throughout, and the correct oil specification for your engine. On a modern VW the oil spec in particular is not something to compromise on — the wrong grade causes real damage over time.

Yes. Modern Volkswagens hold their service history digitally rather than in a book, and we update that record along with resetting the service indicator. It is what a future buyer or a dealer will look at.

Yes, and plenty of them. Transporter, Caddy, Crafter and camper conversions are regular work for us. There is more detail on our VW T5 and T6 page if that is your van.
